Jоkеr Knave is offered as a free application by the Service Provider. By opening the court you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy published on this site.

The jewel path, hosts, and book are for personal play. Do not copy the court, resell it, or use it in a way that harms other people or the service.

The Service Provider may change the court, these terms, or the privacy page. The new text replaces the old one when it is published here. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the revised terms.

The court is provided as it stands. The Service Provider is not liable for lost progress or for interruptions beyond keeping the service in good faith.
